It’s rare to find staff like those at Hotel Sole… I think the owners are really lucky. The lady at reception was very kind, the breakfast lady was extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleaning lady was considerate; they all tried to accommodate me in every way, which I really appreciated because it shows they put their hearts into their work. I would definitely come back if the building itself needed a bit of refurbishment, but the people are the most important part… they’re truly 10 and praised. What I didn’t like was the very old bathroom in the room where the hot water wouldn’t flow at all—not that it didn’t get hot, just that the water didn’t come out; another thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast consisting only of packaged pastries; I would have preferred fresh pastries, and for the savory side maybe a bit more fresh bread or something of higher quality.

Il personale è stato davvero gentile, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, la stanza era pulita e accogliente.

La titolare è molto gentile e i prezzi delle bevande in struttura sono ottimi, ma mancava totalmente l’acqua calda; il bagno e la doccia erano decisamente piccoli e un po’ squallidi. Per entrare nella mia camera, numero 15, era un’impresa anche di giorno, perché era incastrata in un corridoio cieco e senza luce. Il terrazzo era ottimo, ma Anchise, la macchina del clima, spruzzava acqua. Diciamo che 120 euro a notte è un po’ eccessivo, secondo me.
