The location, décor, and comfort were all excellent. No issues.

Parking was free. The setting on the side of the village green, with a pub just a minute away, was lovely, and the staff at the pub were great. A large selection of tea and coffee was provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, handwash, body lotion, and shower gel. The bed was comfortable, the room had a fan, and the windows opened easily.

The room was clean, convenient, and quaint. However, it was very hot even with a fan (we arrived during a heatwave!), so a cooler room would have been preferable.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, the place was spotless and had a special ambience, but the mattress felt too soft.
