The room was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, the mattress had many bed bugs, the bathroom smelled like a pit, the shower was unusable, the bucket was dirty. My partner and I booked for four nights but could only stay one night because of itchy skin, the AC wasn’t cold at all, and we couldn’t get a refund. Terrible and disappointing; this place isn’t even a hotel or lodging.

The TV didn’t work. There’s a hole in the bathroom ceiling causing a leak. The sheets and pillows were damp and infested with dust mites.
