The walls were so poorly insulated that hallway noises were loud enough to disturb both daily life and sleep; the old part of the building had no front desk, so I had to walk to the newer area to drop off keys when leaving; the breakfast buffet was left cold because there was no warming equipment.

The staff were friendly and plentiful, and the room size was adequate and clean. However, the standard double rooms are in the old building that used to be great; now they feel a bit dated, with mold spots on the shower, yellowed plastic, and an old TV. Wi‑Fi in that building is useless—you have to move to the main hall to get a signal. The staff couldn’t help book the rest of the trip; you have to figure it out yourself.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean, but the TV screen in my room and the adjacent room was damaged, looking burnt.
