I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, which I would expect to be at least a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, it fell short in almost every aspect, from the limited and unappetizing breakfast options to the dirty coffee area. The only redeeming quality was the spacious room, but even that couldn't make up for the subpar service and facilities, which seemed more like a 2-star hotel.

I'm shocked that this hotel didn't improve after my previous negative review, and my second visit was just as underwhelming. The lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and a mirror in the bathroom was frustrating, and the customer service at the reception was non-existent. The young staff member who checked me in seemed to struggle with his own language, and I had to give up trying to extend my stay due to the hotel's unresponsive policies.
