The host was super friendly and the breakfast was well taken care of. The fireplace in a suite was also very cozy. The high ceilings felt less appealing when there were mosquitoes. We also had noise from teenagers on the square the first night, and there was some mold in the shower and on the baseboard in the bathroom—this definitely needs to be addressed.

Checking in was possible before the room was ready, even with contactless check‑in. The fireplace was pleasant. The room was damp and had a slightly musty smell.

The location was excellent. As expected in these old buildings, the stairs were very steep, and the railing was unsafe. There were no towel rails in the bathroom or a shelf in the shower; everything had to be stored on the floor.

The B&B is very well located, just 5 minutes from the historic center. The breakfasts were fantastic, a real treat. Jannie is attentive. Overall a very good stay.
