The room was comfy, with a fridge, kettle, TV, a good mattress and pillows, a spacious shower and heating. Marc was easy to talk to and we were flexible about leaving. The only downside was the noise from other guests, especially at certain times; the room is right at the entrance so people come and go, and once we had a rainy day with kids running down the hallway on scooters, which was understandable but still a bit annoying.
