The view, what a fantastic view of Segovia, you keep looking. The scale and the elevator music throughout the building were annoying. Also it was a pity that the outdoor pool was closed at a temperature of 27 °C.

Everything was regular, but the dining furniture was disappointing, with tables lacking tablecloths; this is the first time this has happened to us in a 12-room inn we've stayed at.

The views are definitely great! Even though they managed to solve the reservation issue I appreciate that! The manners were not correct… the receptionist is used to everything running smoothly, like ID delivery of keys and all that, but when something needs to be resolved they become awful, I felt like they were giving me the accommodation for free. I won’t explain more about the room cards and the rush; we didn’t even know the check‑out. Another thing, the room was not clean enough, full of dirt along the floor edges… we stayed in room 212! Disappointment.

The view from our room and the restaurant was great, and the staff were well informed, with no complaints to mention.
