The location was great, close to the center, and the café was good, yet in room 7 the TV kept failing.

I liked how clean everything was, with fresh sheets and a comfy pillow, but the daily housekeeping never showed up: no bathroom trash was taken out, the room wasn’t swept, and neither the sheets nor the towels were changed. I stayed three nights, and I can’t imagine a week without those basic services, especially given the room rate.

I liked the location, being close to everything, and the space and staff were good. However, the breakfast lacked cake and cookies compared to the photos I saw on Booking.

The location was excellent, and walking tours were convenient; staying on the first floor was great, though the ground floor has shops and a snack bar that might not suit everyone. The weekday breakfast differed from the weekend one, which was disappointing. I asked for a separate egg because of lactose intolerance, but the staff said they couldn't, were not sympathetic, and claimed the pan was already in use.
