The property is tucked in a lovely forest with plenty of greenery, which was a nice backdrop for our holiday. Unfortunately, the gate code they gave us (871) was wrong, the gate wouldn’t open after dark, and the staff never replied to our messages—another guest had to let us in. When we complained, the response was rude, no apology was offered, and the breakfast was a disaster with powdered juice instead of fresh drinks, all for a steep price.

The pool and the common areas were pleasant and well‑maintained, making it easy to relax outside the room. Inside, however, the bathtub was filthy, covered in hair, which really spoiled the experience.

Everything was spotless, the maintenance crew kept everything in top shape, and Gleice and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Being just outside São Paulo is a big plus, so we’ll definitely be back.

The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were exceptionally polite and kind, making us feel welcome. We’ll definitely return for another stay.
