Breakfast was good. The room was nice but it was overpriced. Staff was at best indifferent and the air conditioner noise could have raised the dead!

Great central location, nicely styled, industrial vibe, clean rooms, staff were polite and helpful. Balconies were locked and inaccessible, the listing advertised balconies and this was a major selling point for us. Staff offered no reason for the lack of balcony access
“Over price for the stay”
The shower was fine, but the double beds were a let‑down; I had asked for a king instead.

Very clean and welcoming environment/staff. The spa has to be one of many of my favorite amenities!. Absolutely nothing. I’ve come to Eurostars quite often. Any time I come to Chicago Eurostars Magnificent Mile is my go to!

I liked how close the hotel was to downtown, but the workout facility and the room ceilings left something to be desired.
