Our departure from the hotel. This hotel has a lot of issues. The staff refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and always tries to blame the customer instead. Essential items like soap and shampoo aren't provided in the rooms automatically, so you have to track them down yourself. Breakfast is completely cold if you are even slightly late. On top of that, there is practically no room maintenance unless you explicitly ask them to clean it
