The room was very large, well‑furnished, and offered a beautiful view. Despite its size, there was no cabinet in the bathroom to store toiletries, and there was no safe.

The room was large with a fabulous view, and the amenities were very good. The large bathroom had lovely hot water, bathrobes, and slippers; I would stay here again. The drum festival was on over the weekend, and the noise was non‑stop. They did not give us any pre‑warning about this, only about the parking restrictions, so it was too late to cancel.

Refunds are not possible? I booked for my parents during the holiday, but the air conditioner kept turning on and off all night. Even when I told the staff, they didn’t change the room or even clean it. Worst experience ever.
