The place was centrally located and pretty fine 😊, with good storage for clothes, a fridge in the room, decent coffee, and fragrance‑free soap, but there were only a few plates and no cheese knife.

“Overpriced and may not be a good fit for all”

The spot works for a night or two; the shared kitchen on the top floor has basic supplies and a dishwasher, plus large tables, but it gets cramped when multiple groups cook at once and food smells (like seafood) bother others. Non‑stick pans need replacing, and while hanging areas and shelves help, more hooks would be nice. A grocery store is nearby and there are fast EV charging stations close by. The room itself is very small, with no seating and not enough space to open a carry‑on suitcase. The parking lot can fit three small cars comfortably and a fourth car, but the fourth spot has an overgrown tree trunk and green growth that makes pulling in or out difficult, requiring some maneuvering. The spiral stairs to the unit have uneven heights; the topmost step is double height, which is tough for anyone with knee or joint problems. Walking down the spiral with a coffee mug felt precarious, as if a fall could happen. A towel hook near the shower would help, and the slopes to the city center are steep.

The place is quiet and clean, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines if you need to wash clothes.

It’s not far from the center and quiet enough that you don’t hear any city noise. The shower is great and everything was always available, but the communal kitchen can get crowded so you sometimes have to wait your turn.
