Ferienpark Heidenholz, a holiday resort situated next to Plauer See Lake, features an indoor pool, private beach, petting zoo, boat and bike hire, and fully equipped kitchens in its country-style chalets. Each chalet has a furnished terrace, some with a hot tub, and offers spacious living and sleeping areas. A bread roll delivery service and buffet breakfast are available daily.

I found the staff friendly and the location good, but the two bungalows feel like poorly renovated DDR holiday camps; the price doesn’t match the condition.

The place is great for kids with a petting zoo and a lake, the setting is fine, and the cabins were clean. However, the €89 end‑cleaning fee was outrageous when you’re expected to strip the beds and leave the cabin spotless. The sheets were so stiff they barely unfolded, there was a water heater in the bathroom, and they even had to read the electricity meter at the end. Honestly, the price isn’t justified by everything, though the location does add value, and the kids still had fun.

The location and surroundings are good, but the room itself was lacking.

The spot, kids’ program, and beach are nice, yet mosquitoes were a problem 😅. The bungalows felt “from the year” old; not terrible but definitely worth mentioning and needing improvement.
