The staff were great, the location was good, and the room was comfortable. Thanks. I’m not sure if new or fresh sheets were put in for us.

The staff were very nice, especially Mr. Arshad, Ms. Fara, and Mr. Hilmi. The wash basin in the bathroom was too small, and the tray placed near it was inconvenient.

I was thrilled with the experience, especially when the male staff member named Adry (if I’m not mistaken) handed my daughter a complimentary breakfast—thanks for that kind gesture! The only hiccup was that my room didn’t have a pencil or notepad, which are usually supplied; I rarely need them, but the one time I did, they were missing.
