The room was really spacious and you can reach the city centre on foot in no time. The Shinjuku metro is almost 20 minutes on foot.

“静かで過ごしやすく快適でした”

I expected it to be noisy because of Kabukicho, but it was quiet and very comfortable. A convenience store nearby was also handy. The station is a bit far to walk, but a taxi is close, so the distance is a dilemma.

“Very average hotel in good location”

The spot is great, close to all the action yet far enough to stay quiet, but the room itself was a nightmare – it sits right next to reception, so it was constantly noisy. I kept waking up from staff and other guests all night. It felt like a storage unit turned into a hotel room, with no natural light, stale air, and bugs buzzing around.

Great location, both Shinjuku station and Kabukicho are within walking distance, but far enough to stay quiet at night. A 7-ELEVEN is just around the corner, and a 24‑7 supermarket is only a little further out. Rooms are tastefully decorated, with large comfortable beds, plenty of sockets, and flawless WiFi. The staff were very friendly, and I had no trouble extending my stay by one night. The rooms have no kitchen, not even a microwave, so remember to pick up chopsticks from the store if you buy bento boxes.
