Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The property is beautiful, but if you park your own car there, there’s no luggage cart to help move items to the room, and many rooms are far from the parking area, making it very difficult. I won’t stay again unless a room close to parking is available.

The price was expensive for the hotel

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the soccer event I was attending, which was a big plus. However, I encountered some issues with my reservation not being properly recorded, and when I checked out, I was charged again - more than I had initially paid, which now means I'm waiting for a refund.

I had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff, who not only double charged me but also seemed dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. The lady at the front desk wasn't very helpful or understanding, which made the situation even more unpleasant.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere, but was disappointed that there was no complimentary internet and limited room service. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
