I loved this place; the owner was super accommodating, moving us to a different room because the Wi‑Fi was weak in the backrooms where we had to work remotely. The location felt safe, and the cleanliness was top‑tier for the price. The owner let us stash our bags for a few days while we visited Nong Khiaw, and everything stayed safe and secure when we came back. Highly recommend! The owner also keeps in touch and informs you of any changes. A few bugs and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest (though not terrible), but honestly that’s typical for this price range.

“A nice hotel in a rather noisy area”

The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a nice building, but the nightlife around the hotel is active. If you want peace and quiet, pick another spot—the windows don’t block noise, and there’s a bar and a busy intersection nearby.

The owner was very enthusiastic, even though there was no elevator; he arranged to carry our luggage up and down the stairs for us and was eager to help with car rentals and recommend places to eat and play.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Puxi Mountain and the foreigner street, right in the heart of the old town. The room is spacious and clean.
