I booked the hotel online for a concert at the Moda Center, and when I checked in I had to be 21. I was told that if anyone called us in for being loud or anything we would be kicked out. The people in the other room fought all night and were very disrespectful. I will not stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the elevator was broken. The only way to our room was outside and up a staircase with no security; the hallway and rooms all smelled like a 100‑year‑old smoker’s house. Carpets were stained, bedding was very minimal, the AC was super loud, and there was a rotting dead animal outside our window.

I wasn’t impressed at all – the room was filthy, the floor was dirty and stained, it smelled awful, and the ceiling had leak stains. Everything felt rough; they were painting outside but the interior still needs work, there were blood stains on lamps and other spots, and the bathroom had trash that hadn’t been cleaned.

Nothing really worked out; the rooms were dirty, appliances kept breaking, and service was poor. A man at the desk misgendered me and stared straight at my chest. He “locked” my bike in an employee‑only space, but it wasn’t actually locked – it got stolen.
