“Very pleased to find this reasonably priced oasis in JUba”

The breakfast was good, the staff were great, and the restaurant was reasonably priced. I enjoyed watching Premiership football live on the TV in both my room and the restaurant. I appreciated the idea of a gym and swimming pool, although I never used them. The complimentary hotel taxi to the nearby airport was very handy. On the downside, service in the restaurant was slow, and cats in the Garden bar/restaurant were annoying.

“I’m coming again !”

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's excellent location, which is conveniently close to the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me during my stay. They created a safe and secure environment, which made me feel right at home. Overall, my experience was truly exceptional, and I have no complaints to share.

“Adequate as it could use a major gym facilities and restaurant upgrade”

My experience at this hotel was generally very positive, with the check-in reception, cleaning, gym, and security staff all being absolutely amazing from start to finish. The airport shuttle service was also very efficient, with early pick-ups and drop-offs. However, I did have some concerns about the gym, which was in dire need of an upgrade. The equipment was broken, dirty, and cramped, and I had to ask for water to be refilled.
