They stole my belongings. The door wouldn't lock; when I asked why it didn't, they said none of the rooms have keys. The TV was broken, and the place was dirty and very poor.

The ceiling had mould, and the toilet and shower were in the same room, not an ensuite; they were separated by a curtain—something I’ve never seen before. Not good at all.

It was a back room with no sink, the door lacked a key or lock, and the blanket was old and torn.

They didn’t let me stay when I arrived; a drunken guy at the gate told me the place was fully booked. Completely unprofessional—they charged me but didn’t allow me to stay, forcing me to book somewhere else last minute.
