The place has a superb location, the room was nice, quiet, and very comfortable.

The fridge in the room, the terrace, and the cleanliness were all very positive points, and the size of the room and bathroom was also very appreciated. However, on the morning of departure there was a power outage, the main entrance door didn’t work and we couldn’t leave; only one emergency exit was available. From a safety perspective, the emergency exits might need to be re‑evaluated to ensure everyone’s safety.

Everything was perfect – the location was very good, close to the metro and shops.

The location was good, but the door code didn’t work, customer service didn’t answer the phone, and we waited over 30 minutes to get into the room at 23:00. There was a huge air‑conditioning unit that was only providing temporary air and ruined the room.
