Charming private guest Suite near Disney/Beach

“If you’re looking for safe place to stay this it. It’s clean and has everything you need.”

The location was great, situated in a beautiful neighborhood next to a school and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and highways; it was 20 minutes to Disney and 30 to LAX, and the on‑site parking was a plus. The owner responded promptly to messages. However, the TV didn’t work, which left my son without entertainment, there was no control over the A/C, and no window curtains, so the street light shone through and I couldn’t block it out.

“We really liked it we will go back”

It was quiet, had private parking, and a swimming pool that was great, but the area around the pool was a bit unkempt.

I loved how quaint the space was, feeling very livable and comfy, and it was very convenient because of its adjacency to the freeway. The place could have been a little cleaner, especially the fridge, which was a bit dirty, but otherwise it was mostly spotless.

“It was very disappointing and will not stay there again.”

The location was fine. Advertised 2 beds and a sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed, so my husband slept on the couch with just a blanket. The porch light wasn’t left on, making it tricky to see the code box and the 4 locks to get in. It was very warm inside with no way to control the temperature. There was no information about trash or other important details such as local attractions and restaurants. Only 6 towels were provided for 3 adults for a 7‑night stay, and there were no beach towels. The sweeper vacuum was not working, so I had to kneel with wet paper towels to sweep the floor. The pool was not clean and the hot tub’s heater wasn’t working.
