“Hôtel Jaffna”
The hotel is close to the fort, a must‑visit spot, the staff were very kind, the breakfast was pleasant, and the entrance garden is stunning.
“Breakfast Not Included at Check-In”
We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay with breakfast included, but things didn't quite go as planned. When we arrived, we were told that breakfast wasn't available, despite it being included in our booking. We were asked to cancel the booking and were recharged without breakfast, which was a bit of a shock. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the mix-up with our booking was a bit of a letdown.
