The room design is solid. Since it’s a new property, most things look good. The bathroom has great water pressure and a nice shower. The room is small, and the walls seem very thin—every noise from staff outside the door is audible. The sheets and other linens could definitely be cleaner.

The Executive suite had a great layout, and the staff were helpful. The regular room I originally had was small and seemed overpriced.

Check‑in was difficult from the start, compounded by an error and some miscommunication. Some staff were very helpful, while others struggled with English. Communication from the outset was very frustrating, especially for a foreigner. The room could have been cleaner, yet the food was delicious and the location excellent—a convenient oasis amid the chaos of Varanasi.

The room was spacious, the food very good, and the staff friendly and helpful with city recommendations and advice, but it wasn’t completely clean and I had to ask for a sheet change.
