The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made up for the weirdness of not having any windows in the room. The location was great, with plenty of parking and nearby shops and restaurants. However, the aircon was leaking and gave off a musty smell, and we were surprised to be asked for a RM100 refundable security deposit when we checked in. Luckily, we had cash on hand to cover it.

The temperature outside was pretty mild, so the lukewarm hot water wasn't a huge deal for me. Still, it's not exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel. The location was fine, but that's about it.

To be honest, there was nothing good about this place. The property was a lot dirtier than the photos, and my room was basically uninhabitable. The sheets had hair on them, the pillows smelled strongly of perfume, and it was clear they hadn't been washed between guests. I paid for two nights but ended up leaving after just one.

The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. But the room was a different story - it was dirty and had some pretty major issues. The AC was on and off by itself, and the room smelled strongly of smoke. Not exactly what I was looking for.
