The location is wonderful, right next to Arcadia, with good transport links and many cafés, shops and supermarkets nearby. The courtyard is neat, clean, cozy, and the lovely walnut creates its own atmosphere. There’s a garden swing and a grill. Our room was on the second floor, and the stairs were convenient and safe. The surprise was that one kitchen served four rooms (not a deal‑breaker, but inconvenient). The room itself was tidy, in warm autumn tones, and the view from the window looked out onto a blooming garden. The host offered us a beach umbrella for free. The lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom, no shelf for toiletries, and no air‑conditioning were disappointing. A fan was present but insufficient for July heat. Nobody warned us that laundry would cost extra, which was a surprise, especially since a washing machine is a daily necessity, not a luxury. This could have been mentioned in the price list.
