Hotel Victoria Lyon Perrache Confluence

The welcome and overall décor were pleasing, but the room’s size didn’t justify the price.

The room was nice, though really small, and the bathroom was nice too, though a bath mat would have been nice. The location is good, close to the ibis hotel and to the metro and tram Perrache station. The weird corridors on the way to the room were annoying, and having to leave the room key every time we needed to leave the hotel was inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was functional and clean. The location was good, right next to Perrarche station, and the sites were easily accessible with plenty of places to eat and drink. It would have been better if the room door had a card entry instead of a key; I know security is probably higher because they ask for your name and room number, but it meant you had to wait for a staff member to become available. Not a major issue, just an observation.
