The housekeeping never arrived, so no one changed my sheets or handed me towels, tissues, or a rag; some lights didn’t work, I was given the wrong room—it wasn’t a king, it had two different beds, not what I’d requested, so I could barely sleep. People walked by all night, slammed doors, played loud music, it felt like a hood hotel.
