The wellness area is fantastic, with a variety of saunas, baths, and more, and the service is excellent.

The reception was friendly and the rooms were nice, plus there was a sauna that was a real bonus. The desk staff, however, weren't very professional at all – they seemed clueless and unhelpful.

The staff were genuinely kind, and the place was clean and quiet – that was the best part. The bathrobe was too small for someone with a bigger build, and the pillow was uncomfortable.

The place is super comfy and the surroundings are amazing. The only downside is that the staff only speak French and won't try to help you in any other language.
