The place was clean, but the AC was broken and the front desk staff falsely claimed a technician would arrive, yet nobody ever showed up.

The area outside was crowded with homeless people, mattresses, and shelves, which made me decide not to stay at all; I was never offered any refund and I would not recommend this place.

I appreciated the bathroom and sink, and the overall cleanliness, but the wifi was terrible and I think a card drop‑box would be useful for guests who need to check out at any time.
