The only bright spot was the central location, which was why I chose this place, but that was the sole positive; the staff were disorganized, arrogant, and poorly fluent in English, refusing to solve problems they caused. We booked dinner via WhatsApp as instructed, received confirmation, yet when we arrived the dinner was over and we went to bed hungry. The same happened with the surf lesson: confirmed, then cancelled that morning with arrogance. The staff looked down on us as if we were the problem for staying during Eid al Adha, and could have simply stayed closed. The worst was the airport shuttle: we booked it for the evening, they forgot to inform the driver, swapped times, and I was charged €10 extra twice because they never had change. Overall, the experience was very negative, mainly due to the staff who made me feel helpless even though I paid for accommodation.
