A perfect base for day trips, great food at the restaurant, and helpful staff. I would have liked a fridge in the room; the single shared one wasn’t completely clean.
The place was fine, quiet, and clean.
I still haven’t received the invoice. I was told I would get it from you. What’s the truth now?
The staff were great, the location was good, and the house was nicely repaired. The bathroom was dirty.
I’m giving it 7 because I don’t want to be too harsh. The apartment was relatively new, quiet, and well furnished. The big downside was the translucent sliding doors that let in both light and noise. We found an empty soap dish, a wobbling cutting board, and a shower glass that was also dirty. The cleaner didn’t seem to do a thorough job. The shared kitchenette was nice to have, but it was missing spoons, teaspoons, and knives for cutting. Overall, the kitchenette’s equipment didn’t match the 6‑room standard. The fridge looked like it belonged to the previous century, was tiny, and was turned against the wall so it was hard to reach. A non‑skilled person would need 10 minutes to open it. Then there was the smoking issue: the owner must be a smoker – you have to go to the reception, walk down a 5‑meter alley full of smokers, and then back. At the entrance to the apartment building, there’s a ashtray right by the door. Smoking isn’t normal! It’s hard to enjoy this, especially with kids.
