Location, staff treatment, views, value for money, very pretty hotel and the restaurant is very good. The radiator was leaking and breakfast was weak.

The staff is friendly, but aside from the reception (English) there are difficulties expressing (no other languages than the "mscédonien"). The pool is exceptional, the small sauna is not hot enough. There is no non‑alcoholic beer and the one I brought to put in the fridge was confiscated by the manager!!! :( There is no fridge, nor minibar in the room, not even a safe. The rooms are poorly insulated (noise from other rooms). The daily cleaning of the room is limited to changing the towels. The bathroom equipment is not practical (sink without a place to put anything, no holder for toilet paper, . the shower tap did not close completely, causing dripping that made a drum sound and you had to keep the door closed). The price demanded for the room was a standard Eutopian price, but the quality of the equipment was low grade.
The view is absolutely breathtaking! Everything is perfect and I'm super pleased.
Very nice surroundings, friendly service, clean. Great part of the SPA, pool, saunas, salt grotto. From the bar, nice view from above the city and good hot chocolate. Small rooms, essentially only beds fit, even it was hard to open the suitcase on the floor. No fridge in the room. There was a balcony, but also no table or chairs.
The hotel’s location offered a fantastic view over Krusevo, the breakfast was very good, the restaurant was nice, the room looked pleasant and the overall comfort was solid. However, my room had no air‑conditioning despite being listed, only heating, which was a problem during a very hot week (over 30 °C) making the room sweltering; it did cool down a bit at night. I couldn’t change rooms because of occupancy, though the staff tried to help. What really annoyed me was a loud birthday party with a band playing until 06:00 am—no warning, no apology, no discount. The comment “the management does not care” felt rude and shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this standard.
