Everything was great! Francesco was very helpful at any time and is there for whatever you may need. The room was comfy and clean and just 10mins walk from the Colosseum and in a safe neighborhood right at the metro and tram station. Would definitely suggest the place for your stay!

Great experience! Location is perfect! 15-20 min walk to Colosseum. Metro/tram/bus station is right near the apartment. Good cafes and markets are available at the street of the hotel. There is a nice garden in the backyard and as a view from the window. Francesco (the host) is amazing! He was really helpful and nice, proposed us to check-in earlier, gave clear instructions and good advice on Rome. The room is not new (don’t expect something fancy), but has everything needed, and is very clean. Kitchen with free water/coffee is also available. The price was the lowest available. And it is super convenient for such room and location!. It would be good to renovate the shower. However, it is still very clean

The bed was cozy and the public transport links were convenient, with food stalls right next to the property. I had good communication with the owner, used the self‑check‑in, and the small shared kitchen was clean. The pillows were very thick, the décor looked a bit dated, but everything else worked fine.

Lokalita ubytování je špičková. Metro A vás doveze k těm nejznámějším památkám a stanice je hned za rohem. Ubytování je čisté, majitel moc vstřícný a sympatický, komunikace s ním rychlá a bezproblémová. Dům, kde se apartmány nachází, má pravou italskou atmosféru a nádherný vnitřní dvůr. Společná kuchyň je plně vybavená včetně kávovarů a kapslí. Vedle kuchyně je i jídelna
