Service was great and the facilities excellent, but the rooms were very warm.

The hotel was fantastic, with perfect food, staff, and pool, though we didn’t like that it’s in Blackpool; we’ll definitely return.

Breakfast, the waiting staff, the swimming pool, dinner, and entertainment were all good, yet the room needs updating: wardrobe doors didn’t shut, the top cupboard was held shut by folded cardboard, the shower was very small, and the toiletries were not great.
