Sea views. Took 2 hours trying to get number of caravan from owner after arriving. Bookings.com could not tell us. Cutlery dirty in drawer. No forks. No batteries in TV. Broken heat control thermostat. Broken blinds. Dirty stained bath mat. Broken door handles. Dirty quilts. Beds not made. Dirty dishes left on side. Carpets not hoovered and stained. Boiler not working, no hot water or heating. This should not be let out to people until it has been completely sorted out
The location was fine, yet the property urgently needs basic upkeep: the front door doesn’t lock securely, the kitchen is poorly maintained, blinds are missing, showers don’t work properly, and there are too many other issues to list.

The location was acceptable, but the place was filthy, with a strong urine and feces smell in one bedroom; bed slats were broken, a heating point was hanging off the wall with exposed wiring, mattresses were visibly dirty, cupboards were hanging off hinges with tape on the floor, door handles were loose and jammed shut, every surface was dirty on arrival, floors were not vacuumed, one shower was scalding hot while the other was cold, and overall the presentation was very poor.

The size was a positive, but where do I even begin with the negatives?
