A staff member named Mme Riemann and everyone else showed professionalism and kindness, and a small booking hiccup was quickly sorted by a wonderful team that listened to the client. Kudos and big thanks.

The location is perfect and the hotel feels cozy. However, on the first evening we ate at the hotel restaurant and were disappointed: the vegetarian spaghetti with porcini mushrooms and the spaghetti carbonara were soggy in the sauce and didn't taste good.

The bathroom was clean, but the air smelled odd.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The breakfast buffet, though, was not very exciting.
