Rairoa and Florian were outstanding hosts! Hava’e Lodge at Teapoho offers a fantastic stay with stunning views of the famous Teahupo’o surf wave. The location is truly special, and waking up there was unforgettable. I’m especially thankful to Florian for joining me on a kayak trip to watch the surfers and waves—it was a memorable and unique experience! The hospitality was exceptional. Rairoa, his cousin Ari, and Florian went above and beyond, showing kindness and generosity even on short notice when I had unexpected car trouble and arrived at the lodge late at night. Their welcoming and accommodating attitude meant the world to me as a solo female traveler. Mauruuru roa for making my stay at Teahupo’o so special. I would absolutely recommend Hava’e Lodge to anyone seeking a beautiful place to stay and truly caring hosts.

I liked the laid‑back vibe and the location. The owner sent me a message right after booking to welcome me and ask if I needed any info. It’s a small place, but it’s perfect. There was a cozy family atmosphere and I met some wonderful people!
