Hopefully, the Vietnamese staff was very helpful. Since the hotel is part of a group, they offered to move me to another nearby hotel that had just been renovated. The new hotel, Phu Gia Luxury 585/4, was very good for the price. I booked here because of the nice pictures and strong reviews, but when I arrived the room looked completely different, very old and worn out, which is exactly the kind of place I try to avoid.
