The room was pleasant and roomy. The outdoor breakfast area was lovely, and the breakfast itself was excellent, served individually instead of a buffet. The staff were very helpful. It was hard to find, and the directions weren’t very clear – the back alleyways of Ayvalik can be confusing, especially at night. The bedding felt a bit small for the size of the bed.

The spot is spot‑on, the meals are fantastic, and the team is genuinely kind.

It’s a very simple hotel, but it’s warm and cozy. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The location is great for getting around the area.

Parking was easy – we found one of the many lots just around the corner. The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is great for walking around and seeing the sights. We chose this hotel and paid more for features that turned out to be unavailable or not working as expected. We stayed seven nights in room #102. The first two mornings the hotel offered a buffet breakfast. After that, staff brought plates of olives, jams, cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, one egg per adult, and, oddly, French fries to our table. My husband ate the fries because he was hungry, but a greasy plate of fries makes a poor daily breakfast. We booked this room for its extra bed, but the fold‑down twin blocks most of the path to the bathroom. Anyone heading to the bathroom has to step onto the bed (see the hotel's own photo #11) or squeeze past sideways. This is not a practical arrangement, so we did not use it. The room was warm when we arrived. The front desk controls the AC, so guests must call to have it set to a particular temperature. Beyond switching it on or off, we had no way to adjust it during our stay, which made sleeping comfortably or relaxing in the room difficult. The Wi‑Fi went down for half our stay, so we had to spend $30 on an eSIM for data. When it came back online, it dropped constantly, even with an extender above our door. The shower drained slowly and flooded quickly. The water never got warmer than lukewarm, even with the hot tap fully on and the cold off. Construction work ran from about 9:00 to 17:00 every day, pausing only for lunch. Debris fell from the ceiling in our room, and the noise made staying in the hotel very, very stressful. I couldn't hear myself think, let alone rest anywhere on the property. With this much work underway, the hotel should not have booked any stays for the duration. We received no apology or acknowledgment of any of these problems. We did not enjoy our stay.
