“Very unsatisfactory and I felt cheated. Will not use booking.com”

Breakfast was very ordinary and nothing to talk about. It certainly did not measure up to what was projected on the website. 1. Lot of noise and disturbance outside even in the middle of night 2. Power shutdown and change over to DG very frequently 3. No separate room service and housekeeping staff and the house keeping boys delivered food to my room with folded pants as they were cleaning at that time and not sure if they had washed their hands clean 4. Rooms and bed plus bathroom were much below expectation for the money I paid

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room, I was denied check-in due to their policy of requiring payment at the property. This lack of value for bookings was evident in their refusal to provide us with a room, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the ambiance was pleasant, the staff were attentive and helpful, and the food was good. However, the location of the resort office and swimming pool on a hillside made it challenging for senior citizens to navigate, which was a significant drawback.
