I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was provided. Most importantly, the host was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Even though I made a mistake with my check-in date, they responded with kindness and understanding, which I truly appreciated. Their generosity made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you again for your hospitality. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area!

“Pessima”

Close to the terminus station. The building was awful; on previous stays the elevator broke but was fixed quickly, but this time it was out of order and I left the same way. When I arrived to check in, the person from the company carried my luggage upstairs, but this time a new guy said he had back problems and couldn’t help. He offered me another accommodation, I took a taxi (spent 30 euros) and when I got there the place was far from everything and filthy; he said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I spent another 30 euros to return to the accommodation and 20 euros for a man to lift my luggage up 7 floors. Every time I went out I had to go up and down 7 floors. We’re elderly and had to deal with that. After I was leaving after 6 days they told me the elevator would be fixed. I paid an extra 20 euros for them to bring my luggage. I don’t recommend it and will never stay there again. I ask Booking who pays the loss of 60 euros for the taxi, and 40 euros for the charger. Totaling 100 euros???

“Very unhappy”

It’s just opposite the railway station, and it’s very convenient for travel. The hotel was on the 11th floor, and the elevator was broken. Repeated communication the day before departure was ineffective. I, a weak lady, tried my best to carry the 15kg 28‑inch suitcase downstairs, and my knees on both sides were red and bruised.

The shower was fine, but there was trash at the entrance (organic), the water kettle was broken, we asked for individual sheets and got double ones, and the price didn’t match the quality.
