Nothing positive. The info says check‑in is from 9 am to 20:30, we arrived in the morning and they wanted to charge us an extra 300 pesos for early arrival. The person never appeared, only answered through the intercom and told me that if I had a room available I’d have to pay that extra fee for arriving early.

The location and the way to access the hotel were fine. There was no ventilation, rooms had a bad odor (even though they looked clean), the bedding smelled awful, the mattresses collapsed completely, the stairs were uncomfortable and narrow, and there were pipes between all the rooms and bathrooms, so you could hear everything from every room.

The place is well‑located and reasonably priced, but the fan couldn’t keep up with the heat, and climbing the stairs with large luggage was a real struggle.

I honestly didn't like it at all; it was filthy, very noisy at night, smelled damp and creepy, had no ventilation, and the odor was awful. They claim to offer parking, but there was none.
