Very nice, clean room, great location with a large garden and an amazing pool. The host was very friendly and treated us to mozzarella, the best I’ve tasted during my 17 days in Italy. We were in mid‑September and mosquitoes appeared at the reception and in the garden shadows at dusk, but the host is kind and offered us mosquito repellent.

Everything! The place is very pleasant, rooms are large and super comfortable, housekeeping happens daily, the owner is very friendly, gave us many sightseeing tips and good local restaurant recommendations. We dined on site too, the tortelli alla zucca… unforgettable! I even left with a jar of homemade mostarda that the owner gave us.

The hotel is set in a green oasis, very warm welcome. Beautiful room. Great restaurant. The pool could use a refresh.

Everything was perfect! The owner was especially friendly and attentive. The place is very pleasant, and the on‑site restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend it! Nothing else to add.

Prachtige locatie. Centrale ligging voor Bologna , Modena, Parma,Mantova Toffe gastheer. Aangenaam restaurant.mooie kamer en prachtige tuin met zwembad. Misschien een koffieapparaat op de kamer zou leuk zijn( om iets te zeggen)
