The home was beautiful, the area matched our needs, and we enjoyed the location and view; everything was super clean, well lit, and nicely decorated. The bed in our large room was incredibly comfortable, with perfect mattress, sheets, and blankets. The hostess added thoughtful touches like earplugs, makeup‑removal wipes, water bottles, and coffee. Sarina is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with, offering great local tips and directions. We saw other guests occasionally but mostly enjoyed our room and the grounds. Parking was a constant issue for us, except later at night; this was a busy weekend in Newport with a boat race, boat show, and OCS Naval graduation, drawing many visitors, so the parking situation isn’t normal for this B&B. We had to park farther than desired but managed.

Sarina is wonderful, giving excellent recommendations, and the breakfast and snacks were delicious; I’d definitely stay again. The house is lovely, in an excellent location, just a short walk to everything yet a few streets from the bustle, and it’s quiet at night. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom mirror, which made getting ready in the morning a bit difficult.

The historic bed and breakfast was beautifully restored and well‑appointed; the breakfast and hospitality were absolutely amazing. Sarina and her mother are the most welcoming hosts, offering Newport tips and great conversation.
