Everything was great, Cindy was a very nice host and the breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay there. The only issue was a crack on the shower floor, but otherwise there were no complaints.

The owners were friendly and the location was ideal. There was nothing to complain about.

Cindy and her husband greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The bed was soft and I slept soundly. The quirky decorations added a fun touch, and the scones at breakfast were tasty. However, the place wasn’t very clean: the mugs were stained, the milk had a skin, the mirror had dust and a few hairs, and the floor and tea‑station snacks had sticky spots—probably from an air freshener. It felt more like a family house than a B&B. Breakfast was decent: fruit was good, there were several cereal choices, but the fried eggs were greasy, the poached eggs soggy, and the bacon and sausage were subpar. I’ve stayed at nearby B&Bs at similar prices that were noticeably cleaner and had better breakfasts. Cindy’s hospitality didn’t compensate for the lack of cleanliness and quality, so I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which had a lovely, spacious shower and a comfortable bed. The mini‑fridge in the room was a nice addition. Breakfast was excellent, offering everything one could wish for. The location was convenient, close to the seafront, and on‑site car parking was included. A great fish and chip shop was just over the road, and the friendly dog Rosie made the stay even better. Thank you so much. Nothing significant to criticize, though the plants and bits in the car park could use a bit of TLC; it didn’t deter me from staying again.

Close to the sea and the city center. The bed wasn’t comfortable.
