“Job Well Done Beyond Duty..”

I had a medical emergency and got off the train at midnight at Kota Junction, then booked The Grand Chandiram Hotel. I reached the hotel quickly and asked for Mr. Dinesh Dhakkadji on duty for medical assistance; he helped right away. Mr. Jagdish Gurjar also supported us very well until we left the next day. The staff gave all the help and support we needed during our stay. Thank you all—words can’t express my gratitude. God bless. Keep doing the right thing. 💖🙏🏻💯💯👍🏻🌹

Location in great. Poor room service. They need advance payment for each and everything. Poor customer handling

They made their own rules and regulations regarding 2 girls and 1 boy (18+) . The whole series of questions were offensive and demeaning as I was with my brother. In the end I had to book 2 rooms. Location is not that great. There aren’t any good restaurants near . In the end I wouldn’t recommend it
