The breakfast was a treat, offering a little bit of everything; as a big foodie I found it delicious. Although the price of 17€ is a bit high, especially in a city where people can have breakfast for half that amount, I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

The location was good, but the cleanliness was only average, and the shower and toilet were oddly placed in the room. The neon lights inside were not very relaxing, and there was no TV in Spanish.

The room was spacious, very pleasant, and well organized with separate shower, toilet, and washbasin, plus plenty of sockets. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The underground parking was convenient, and the hotel is close to the metro.

The breakfast was good, but on that day there weren't enough fruits. When many guests arrive, the staff is stretched thin. The tables are too close together and the corridors are very narrow, making it hard to move around. The room (119) was horrendous for me at 84 years old; the chair in front of the desk is a low, backless puff. The lighting was insufficient and the outlet placement was awkward. What was supposed to feel modern turned out completely unusable.

The hotel staff were helpful and courteous in everything possible. Breakfast was very good. The bed in the room had an electric adjustable head, which was very convenient. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, located on an upper level while the center is on a lower level, so there is a non‑level walk. Public transport is nearby for those who prefer not to walk. The minibar in the room does not refrigerate properly.
